  • How do I return an item for an exchange or refund?
    If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please request a RETURNS FORM fill it and return it with your item(s) within 14 days.
    Once the goods are returned to us, we will refund you in full (including the original delivery charge only if the goods are faulty otherwise customer will pay for postage & packaging cost) within 14 days. All items must be returned in their original packaging and reach us safely in good condition before we can take any action.

  • What should I do if my order is incomplete or items are damaged?
    If your item(s) are faulty, damaged or your order incomplete, please contact our Customer Services we would be happy for exchange or further advise.

  • If I return a product to you, is my postage also refunded?
    All return postage charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty. For faulty items, once we receive your returned parcel, we will make you a full refund including postage or sent you a replacement.

  • How I can claim my product guarantee?
    To make a claim for a product under guarantee, or to for any faulty product claims you must read carefully the product care instructions and manual before you use it, please use Contact us option and fill in the detail in message box (like date of purchase, Invoice number and item name) or alternative send us the email with all detail and we will respond you soon as. To ensure we have all the details to process your claim or register your product as quickly as possible. We suggest if you email us a clear photo of the affected product, this will help us resolve your issue more quickly. Please allow up to 14 days for guarantee claims and queries to be processed. You may also contact our customer service who will be able to assist you.
