Product Care Instruction

General Cookware Care

  • Before use remove all labels, then wash in hot soapy water, rinse and dry.
  • Use moderate to low heat and do not allow liquids to boil dry. Excessive heat for long can effect the appearance of the pans by causing discolouration of the surface (not a manufacturing fault and not covered by the guarantee).
  • Do not boil water with salt quantity in it or vinegar, lemon juice, or any other acid liquid direct to aluminium made cookware products. It may etch into Aluminium and make some stain marks on it. (This is advisable for any aluminium made cookware internationally.)
  • Always use the pan and pots for suitable heat source as instructed in description.
  • Never allow a gas flame to extend up the sides of the pans as this will cause the handles to overheat or burn.
  • Its not recommended to keep empty pans on heat for long.
  • Use only washing up liquids and other cleaning material suitable for aluminium made cookware. Some strong detergent or cleaning material can effect on aluminium surface and it can react on it. Which will not cover the offered guarantee.
  • After use always soak the pans and lids for a few minutes before washing.
  • Never fill/plunge a hot pan with cold water.
  • Do not allow cooking to spill over, as this will discolour the outside of the pan.
  • Use plastic, wooden, silicone, or nylon utensils to avoid scratching non-stick surfaces.
  • Always lift (not slide) pans on/off cookers to prevent scratching or marking, especially with ceramic hobs.

  • Anodized Product:
  • The hard anodised treatment process is a recent development to harden the surface of aluminium cookware.
  • This process changes the molecular structure of the metal and gives a surface which is very hard, and impervious to food acids. The pan itself retains the even heating disribution and heat conductivity of aluminium.
  • Do not allow cooking to spill over, as this will discolour the outside of the pan.
  • Suitable for use on gas, electric hob, ceramic, halogen except induction.
  • Not suitable for microwaves or induction cooking.
  • Suitable for use in the oven up to 260°C maximum.
  • Pans can be washed with detergent and nylon pad or brush.
